Audio Tours
Holocaust Museum Houston offers a taped audio commentary, developed by internationally known curators, educators and Holocaust scholars, about its Permanent Exhibit "Bearing Witness: A Community Remembers."
Audio guides are available in a single player for a daily rental fee of $5. Each player accommodates two people and can be used in English or in Spanish. You will be asked to leave a valid photo ID card as a deposit until the player is returned.
Audio guides may be rented from the Front Desk and will be set up for you as you begin your tour of the Permanent Exhibition.
When you see a label with this symbol, enter the number on the label on the Audio Guide player keypad and press "Play."
Once you have finished using the player, please return it to the Front Desk and retrieve your photo ID card.
Audio Guide players are free for visitors who are blind, partially sighted or who have difficulty hearing.
Foreign Language Accessibility Holocaust Museum Houston offers a printed, Spanish-language guide to its Permanent Exhibit "Bearing Witness: A Community Remembers" for visitors who need Spanish-language translations of the main exhibit panels.
The printed Spanish-language guide is free and can be obtained from the Front Desk. You will be asked to leave a valid photo ID card as a deposit until the guide is returned.
Spanish-language audio guides are available for a daily rental fee of $5. Each player accommodates two people.
Service Animals
Service animals for the blind or otherwise disabled guests are permitted based on medical need. Other pets are not allowed inside the Museum.
TTY/TTD Access The Museum does not offer TTY/TTD access currently.
Wheelchairs
The Museum is wheelchair-accessible, and a limited number of wheelchairs are available free on a first-come, first-served basis. All chairs must be returned to the Front Desk as you depart the Museum. |

| | The Museum is open to the public seven days a week.
General admission is free.
Monday to Friday,
9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday,
Noon to 5 p.m.
First Thursday of each month, 5 to 8 p.m.
| The Laurie and Milton Boniuk Resource Center and Library is open to the public from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. The Library is closed Saturdays and Sundays.
The Museum is closed for Rosh Hashanah, Yom Kippur, Easter Sunday, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Year’s Day. For other holiday hours, visit the "Events" tab on the Museum’s Web site at www.hmh.org.

| | Docent-led tours can be scheduled for schools and groups of 10 or more. Tours are available in Spanish, English and French. To arrange a docent-led tour, please call Visitor Services at 713-942-8000, ext. 302 or submit the form below.
| Guided tours are available for all visitors on Saturday and Sunday. Weekend tours run at 12:30 p.m., 1:30 p.m., 2:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m.
