"Dealing with Contemporary Genocide"
As obviously apparent from the mass killing fields that spanned the 20th century and spilt over into the 21st century, there is an urgent need for an effective system of intervention and prevention of genocide. Recognizing the early signs and preventing genocide remains a challenge that nations and individuals continue to face today. Cultural Bridges members heard Lt. Gen. Roméo A.
