Museum members, docents and volunteers on current status are allowed borrowing privileges. Archival materials are not circulated, nor are items in the Special Collection.

The circulation period for books is three weeks, but one week for audio, video or other media. A maximum of five items may be checked out at one time.

Each borrower is financially responsible for the timely return in good condition of all materials borrowed. A fine of 25 cents per day will be charged for books, and $1 per day will be charged for audio-visual materials.

Computers in the public area are to be used for Museum business or research purposes only.

General Internet use and any use for gaming, personal or business e-mail, participation in online discussion groups and other unrelated activities are not allowed.
