Request must be made at least a month in advance. We cannot allow trunks to be checked out over a vacation (Spring Break, Thanksgiving, etc). There is a three-to-six week limit on circulation, depending on trunk availability and the number of teachers using the trunk. Please review your requested date carefully. Your delivery date must be on Monday. Your collection date must fall on a Friday.
Please note that if your delivery is outside the continental United States, the trunk may take up to one month to reach its destination. Your request should be made at least six weeks prior to your delivery date

You will receive the Curriculum Trunk Confirmation Form and contract via e-mail within five business days. Your trunk request is confirmed only after the Museum has received the
Curriculum Trunk Confirmation Form, Liability Letter and credit card information
from your school. These must be received at least two weeks prior to your requested delivery date. By submitting this application you acknowledge your responsibilities and agree to all rules stated here and within the
